Problem:  How to win a special election?
Scott Murphy, first time candidate, was running for Congress in a special election in upstate New York. He was a relative unknown and the election was only two months in duration. His Campaign Manager said that they used it the next day during five media interviews and “it worked great”. The election was held the following Tuesday and Scott won by about 100 votes.
